Jason Agrella
With 20 years of experience helping people, and a diverse and deep knowledge of human movement and performance, Jason has a versatile set of tools to help tailor effective programs for even the most unique sets of client needs.
Jason was an overweight and under active child growing up. It wasn't until his early teens that he discovered his love for athletics and training, and as a result, he was able to shed close to 80 pounds and experience life in a much healthier, more positive way. However, after years of hard training and competitive sports took their toll on his body he was forced to give up many of the physical pursuits that gave him joy.
This eventually led to the search for knowledge and discovery of better ways of training and thinking that allowed him to come back from chronic pain and movement restrictions that prevented him from truly enjoying his life. These experiences completely changed the way he thinks about, and approaches training his clients. He now brings his passion from facing and overcoming his personal challenges to every client in search of answers to their fitness and vitality problems. Thus, many of his clients say they are now experiencing a level of vitality that seemed lost with their youth. Jason's specialties include restorative movement, addressing clients with special health and pain/injury concerns, and golfers who want to improve their game. Many of his clients are dealing with a medical referral (MD,PT, Chiropractor) and are middle aged or older with some combination of these needs.

Carl Canning
Carl has been a fitness coach since 2011 and is a true student of all thing’s health, fitness and exercise. Carl has worked with many different populations and is passionate about helping others whether they have a specific athletic goal, want to lose weight, or just want to live an active pain free life. With a posture and foundational movement first approach he is here to help your long-term fitness and health goals. Carl’s goal is to help heal current injuries, prevent new injuries, and help each person realize their full physical potential.
Carl became obese in high school and lost 130lbs. in one year. He then returned to playing water polo in Jr. College where he earned All-League recognition and was Scholar Athlete of the year. During this time his passion for exercising in the gym grew to help his performance as an athlete, but he unfortunately tore his shoulder. Learning after the fact that his efforts to get stronger could have been better placed with an improved focus on posture and technique, he became obsessed with learning as much as he could about the human body. The combined experience of successfully losing weight and learning how to take care of his body grew a passion that he was excited to embark on a career helping others have as much success with their health as possible.
While Carl is excited to help any person reach their goal, he is especially excited to help young athletes develop to their maximum potential. With 20 years of experience coaching young athletes, he is prepared to help your child become the best version of themselves. His combined experience coaching sports and working at a sports medicine clinic for a decade gives him a unique skill set to help guide your child on a path that avoids injuries while helping them grow into the strongest athlete they can be.

Creed Black
With now over 16 years experience, Creed first got into fitness in the 5th grade. Battling obesity, he made an effort to lose the excess body fat he carried ever since he was little. He started with a personal trainer whom eventually got him to lose a great deal of weight. Creed eventually got into sports and suffered many knee injuries as a result of improper function of his body.
After high school he got into weight lifting and eventually hurt himself again in the gym. Frustrated, he started reading anything he could get his hands on to help himself. He tried everything, physical therapy, stretching, sports massage, etc. But it wasn't until he focused exclusively on mobility and movement drills that he eventually eliminated his pain as well as reduced the likelihood of getting injured again.
Eventually he became a personal trainer and held every position from master trainer all the way to fitness director by age 21. However, because he wanted to help other people achieve their goals, he resumed personal training. Through his education and experience he learned the basis of someone reaching their goal should not start with extremely difficult physical workout, but rather to focus on high quality movement first. Just as like he did with his injuries. This movement/mobility translates to his client’s everyday lives, so they can continue losing weight, gaining muscle, reducing pain, but most importantly doing the things they enjoy doing longer.

Sue Choi
Sue teaches Pilates through one-to-one work that emphasizes understanding your body, building strength, and moving functionally. Her sessions focus on how you stabilize, how you organize your body, and how strength feels in your everyday life.
She came to Pilates later in life while working through her own shoulder and neck injuries. What stood out to her was the tactile feedback of Pilates work, especially on the Reformer, where springs, straps, and ground reference finally made movement make sense in her own body. Without a background in sports or dance, and a naturally hypermobile body, that clarity helped her understand alignment, effort, and ease in a new way.
Her teaching is rooted in Pilates and supported by training in yoga including Yin, Restorative, and Yoga Tune-Up®, along with myofascial release. She teaches through simple language and attentive observation, helping you make sense of your movement and leave with a clearer understanding of your body.
