  • Calibrated has experience working with athletes age 6 - adulthood.  Our goal is to support your athletic endeavors with intelligent programming that factors in the time of season, strain on the athletes body, and specific needs to the athletes body and goals.  Our program aims to find the deficits specific to the athlete to help them excel in their sport.  Whether the training is for a youth athlete or a full grown adult weekend warrior, we can create a program to help you feel and perform your best!

  • For younger athletes there are critical considerations that we factor in to ensure top performance without risking lowering the ceiling of their capabilities as they grow.  Most strength training programs are general and focused only on weight training, while at Calibrated we focus on true athletic training appropriate for their favorite sport(s)

  • Many of our top performing athletes have very busy schedules.  At Calibrated we preach teaching the correct exercises, and execution of the exercises, to create a home routine that fits in the athletes schedule and supports their needs.  Our goal is to provide fitness coaching and programs that support the athletes performance, not one that takes away from their capacity to excel at the sports they love
