How we train it

1. Assess

We start with a detailed assessment of how your athlete moves, so we know their strengths and the weak spots holding them back.

2. Build

Foundation first: core strength and body control before heavier weights, planned around their growth, their sport, and the time of season.

3. Perform

Sport-specific strength, speed, and agility, plus a home routine that fits around a busy practice schedule.

What clients say

I sought out Carl and he did a detailed assessment of my son at the gym. We both appreciated the way he explained things to us, focused on core strength before diving into weights, and increasing my son's overall body awareness.

Youth Athletes questions

What ages do you train?

We train athletes from age 6 through high school and into adulthood, with programs matched to their age and stage of growth.

Is strength training safe for kids?

Done right, yes. For younger athletes we factor in growth and how much they're already playing, and we build core strength and body control before adding heavier weights. The goal is better performance without lowering their ceiling as they grow.

How does training fit around practices and games?

We plan around the season and the strain your athlete is already under, and we teach a home routine that supports their sport instead of taking away from it.

Do you offer group or team training?

No. Every session is private and one-on-one, so the whole hour is focused on your athlete and their sport.

How do we get started?

Book a free consultation. We'll talk about your athlete's sport, goals, and schedule and recommend a plan.
